While our Maintenance Team works diligently year-round to maintain our 6+ miles of dirt roads, Mother Nature likes to throw curveballs at Northern Vermont, especially during Mud Season.

 

During Mud Season, we will do our best to post road status updates.  Please recognize that road conditions can change quickly and may be very different in different parts of our neighborhood. Please always drive respectfully, especially during Mud Season.

 

While access to our neighborhood by vehicles with dual tires or trailers may be restricted at times to preserve the integrity of our roads, passenger vehicles, standard pickup trucks and municipal emergency vehicles may always access our roads.
